Logan Health Primary Care in Columbia Falls, a department of Logan Health Medical Center, has been serving the Columbia Falls community since the late 1950s, when Dr. Will Bennett opened his family practice. Dr. Chet Hope and Dr. Doug Pitman joined him in 1977, and then Dr. Bennett retired a year later. Dr. Hope and Dr. Pitman erected their new building in the heart of Columbia Falls on Nucleus Avenue in 1983. Dr. Eric Brandeberry joined our practice in 2004, and Dr. Pitman continued with the clinic until his retirement in 2009.
Nearly three decades after its first move to Nucleus Avenue, our clinic expanded in June 2011 to new offices on U.S. Highway 2 West, where we have convenient access and plenty of parking space for our patients.
Today we remain the health care source for your whole family.

X-Ray Services
General X-ray examinations also are available in the clinic and are conducted by registered radiology technicians. All X-rays are interpreted by a board certified radiologist. X-ray results may take up to one week to be reported and will be reported by telephone to the patient.
Laboratory Draws
Lab draws are provided in our clinic, with results analyzed at Logan Health Primary Care in Kalispell, and returned to the Columbia Falls clinic within 24 hours for most cases.

Prescription Refills
Our Columbia Falls location is always available to authorize prescription renewals. The best way to handle renewals is through your pharmacist. Please have your prescription number handy and, if possible, plan 48 hours in advance to make sure you do not run out while the prescription is being renewed and filled.
