- Packages expire twelve (12) months from date purchased and are non-refundable.
- Pay at the Front Desk and have the session(s) put under the client’s name.
- You will receive a session slip to give to the trainer every session.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must occur 24 hours in advance or you will be charged for that session. Please call your trainer directly with schedule conflicts. If you are unable to reach your trainer, call the Front Desk at 883-7450

Nutrition & Mindset Coach
Leigh brings a rare combination of mental strength and physical grit to her coaching. As a licensed mental health therapist and certified personal trainer, she understands that lasting transformation is built through mindset, discipline, daily habits, and in the quiet choices we make every day.
An endurance athlete at heart, she has completed 6 marathons and countless half marathons, and brings years of yoga, cycling, hiking and backpacking, plus kayaking and paddle boarding into the way she lives and trains. Movement isn’t just something she does; it’s who she is.
Her approach blends strength training, nervous system awareness, and mindset coaching to help clients break through internal barriers and create sustainable progress. Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle gain, performance, or simply feeling strong and capable in your body, Leigh delivers smart programming, honest accountability, and the kind of support that helps you build lasting strength, inside and out.

Landon views fitness as a lifestyle, not a hobby. With more than 4 years of training experience, he thrives on pushing clients to meet their needs and goals with challenges that maintain positive progress throughout their fitness journey.
He is dedicated to helping people build strength, confidence and long-term health through structured training and sustainable nutrition.
