Our Hunter Conditioning Course focuses on:
Strength Development, Endurance, Balance, Coordination and Core Stability, Lifting and Carrying Capacity, Focus during Fatigue, and Injury Prevention
4 week course Tue / Thurs 5:30-6:30 pm
Classes held in the turf and track areas plus
1 weekend outdoor training assignment each week
$120 members | $150 non-members
