2022 Renew You Training Program - Start the New Year with a New You!! (Personal and Partner Training Options available 1/3/22 - 4/2/22

Begins January 10, 2022

Choose between 2 different options: 
- Personal Training 
- Partner Training (train and complete the program with a partner)

All training approaches will entail a blend of muscular and cardiovascular development through body weight coordination movement, resistance (strength) training, high intensity interval training, with modified approaches suited for most fitness levels. 

Program Includes:
Goal Oriented Health and wellness coaching
Pre- and post- assessments along with a  8 Week Training Program  which includes:
- Body composition analysis
- 3-minute fitness step test
-  *Cholesterol and glucose screening for additional $25
2 days per week with a coach, 3rd day programmed as self-workout

Partner Program: 
Complete Form to Sign Up
- (Member): $495 or 2 monthly payments of $247.50
- (Non-member): $555 or 2 monthly payments of $277.50

Personal Program:

- (Member):  $595 or 2 monthly payments of $297.50
- (Non-Member):  $675 or 2 monthly payments of $337.50
