Strength 4 Life
Strength 4 Life is a program that focuses on coaching participants to move properly, add resistance, and in turn gain overall strength, power, and coordination which is a foundation for an active life. Throughout the program participants will focus on adaptation and recovery which increases functional capacity of the skeletal muscle. This program rewards participants with more muscle mass, increased bone density, better balance and coordination. This time-tested approach to strength training is fun, safe, challenging and incredibly fulfilling.
