Whitefish 4-Week Childbirth Class (May 20 – June 17, 2026) *No classes May 27

This four-week childbirth session, hosted by Logan Health – Whitefish, includes: labor preparation, comfort techniques, available pain relief options, inductions, C-section deliveries, water births, postpartum and newborn care, and breastfeeding. A guided tour of the Birth Center will be offered based on room availability. This class occurs every Wednesday evening for 4 consecutive weeks. Classes will be May 20 – June 17 with no class on May 27. Please note that the breastfeeding education provided in this course is condensed. Taking the prenatal breastfeeding class in addition to this class is recommended for a complete curriculum.

The class is intended for both expecting mothers and their partner/support person. This is a casual setting, wear comfortable clothing. Light snacks provided and fresh water to fill your water bottles. Learning materials included.
