Accepting new patientsShanea Trevino, FNP-BC, joined Logan Health in December 2025 and provides care at Primary Care – 160 Heritage Way. As a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, she is dedicated to patients of all ages and to building long-term relationships.
Shanea began her nursing career in 2011 and earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University, graduating magna cum laude. During graduate school, she was nominated by faculty for a leadership distinction and continues to pursue academic and professional growth to provide the best care for her patients.
Originally from the Flathead Valley, Shanea enjoys spending time as a mom and being active in her community.
