Anna Knisely, MD, FARS, joined Logan Health in November 2025, as the hospital’s first otolaryngologist. She is the founding provider and medical director of Logan Health Ear, Nose, Throat & Lung, where she joined the hospital’s pulmonologists and sleep medicine physicians to form a comprehensive specialty clinic dedicated to improving patients’ quality of airway health through advanced medical and surgical care.
Dr. Knisely earned her undergraduate degree from Willamette University and graduated from the University of Washington School of Medicine in 2009. She went on to complete her otolaryngology residency at UPMC in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, followed by a Rhinology and Skull Base fellowship in Sydney, Australia. She spent the next ten years practicing at hospitals in the greater Seattle metropolitan area and in Alaska.
A native of Libby, Montana, Dr. Knisely jumped at the opportunity to return home to northwest Montana and start up the region’s most comprehensive ENT program. With professional interests in rhinology (nose and sinus surgery), disorders of the anterior skull base, and improving sleep quality, she is eager to help patients of all ages breathe easier, sleep better and live fuller lives through personalized, evidence-based ENT care that blends surgical expertise with compassionate, community-focused service.
Outside of work, Dr. Knisely enjoys reading, traveling, hiking, scuba diving and spending as much time as she can on in water.
