Rentals
- Youth Development activities retain priority for the use of facilities.
- Youth Development reserves the right to cancel reservations and reject a request for use of the facilities.
- Failure to adhere to the facility use agreement will result in loss of rental privileges.
- Payment is due prior to use of the facility.
- Proof of insurance and yearly signed contract is required prior to use of facility.

Performance Center Rules
Expected behaviors to keep our facility open, failure to comply will result in loss of rental privileges
- When you arrive, you may unlock the bathrooms for your athletes
- Please remove your outdoor shoes and leave them on the rugs
- Please wear clean, dry tennis shoes while inside our facility.
- No cleats of any kind!
- Please clean up after your session – leave it the way you found it and would want it to be when you arrive.
- No food or drink inside the facility, except water in a spill proof bottle.
- No sunflower seeds or gum!
- When you leave at the end of your rental time:
- Lock the bathrooms and make sure the door is latched securely.
- Turn off the lights and make sure the door is securely closed.
- If someone is renting immediately following your time, they will ensure these steps are completed.
