Accepting new patientsJoshua Krass, DO, is a neurosurgeon with advanced training in both cranial and spine surgery. He brings more than a decade of experience with specialized expertise in minimally invasive endoscopic brain and skull base surgery, as well as skull base and cerebrovascular surgery.
A Texas native, Dr. Krass earned his undergraduate degree from Abilene Christian University in Abilene, Texas, and his medical degree from Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery in Des Moines, Iowa. He completed his osteopathic internship and residency through Providence Hospital in Southfield, Michigan, followed by neurosurgery residency training through Michigan State University at St. John Providence Hospital. Dr. Krass completed a fellowship in minimally invasive endoscopic brain and skull base surgery at Weill Cornell Medical College’s Department of Neurological Surgery. He went on to complete a second fellowship in skull base and cerebrovascular surgery at the University of California, Irvine, Department of Neurological Surgery.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Krass enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, Lauren, fishing and hiking with their Husky.
