Accepting new patientsThomas A. deHoop, MD, is an OB/GYN physician with extensive experience providing comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care. His professional interests include robotic and minimally invasive surgery, and he brings specialized experience using the da Vinci® robotic surgery system.
Dr. deHoop earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee and completed his internship there. He completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where he also served as an associate professor of obstetrics and gynecology.
Throughout his career, Dr. deHoop has been recognized for his clinical expertise and commitment to medical education, including multiple teaching awards. He is passionate about providing high-quality, individualized care to his patients. Dr. deHoop has longstanding ties to the Flathead Valley and completed a medical school rotation in the area in the early 1990s. He and his wife, Betty, have three sons.
