Sue Fessler, MD

Sue Fessler brings an extraordinary wealth of knowledge to the Flathead Valley. Dr. Fessler is highly educated having received both a medical doctorate and a doctor of philosophy from Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts. She completed her residency at Beth Israel Deaconess, was fellowship-trained at Harvard Medical and completed a post-doctoral fellowship at the Imperial College of London. Sue joined Logan Health in February 2021, practicing in both the clinical setting as a pulmonologist and in the intensive care unit as a critical care specialist. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Sue gained vital experience treating the virus in the ICU. When working with patients Dr. Fessler aims to build a partnership and emphasizes education to help those in her care better understand and manage their medical conditions. Outside of work, Sue is an adventurer. She loves traveling the world to explore new places and cultures, and is looking forward to hiking the gorgeous trail systems in her new home, northwest Montana.
