Sandy Thatcher earned her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the College of St. Scholastica in 1993 and has spent her career in outpatient orthopedics. She specializes in Women’s Health Pelvic Physical Therapy and Trigger Point Dry Needling, with advanced training in manual therapy, sports medicine, and therapeutic exercise.
Sandy treats a wide range of conditions, including post-operative, neurological, and pelvic health concerns such as incontinence and pre- and post-partum issues. She is passionate about one-on-one care and helping patients regain strength, function, and confidence.
Sandy moved to Kalispell in 2012 with her husband and three children. She enjoys outdoor activities and caring for her mini-farm, which includes sheep, chickens, pigs, and her German Shepherd, Maverick.
