Rob Perkins, MD, is an internal medicine physician specializing in hospital medicine. He brings extensive experience in hospital medicine and medical education, having practiced in hospital settings throughout Utah and Pennsylvania.
Dr. Perkins earned his undergraduate degree from Penn State and his medical degree from Drexel University in Philadelphia through an accelerated internal medicine program. He completed his internship at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh and his internal medicine residency at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. Following residency, Dr. Perkins practiced as a hospitalist with Intermountain Healthcare at Intermountain Medical Center and LDS Hospital and served as adjunct clinical faculty for the University of Utah. He later returned to Intermountain Healthcare in Logan, Utah, before moving to Montana.
Dr. Perkins has also served as volunteer faculty for emergency medicine and neurology residency programs and is passionate about supporting the education and development of future physicians.
