Accepting new patientsMallory Novack, DO, is a maternal-fetal medicine specialist who helps women navigate high-risk and complex pregnancies. As a Montana native, she is passionate about providing specialized care close to home and supporting patients throughout their pregnancy journeys.
Dr. Novack earned her Bachelor of Science from Gonzaga University in 2008 and her Doctor of Osteopathy from Touro University Nevada in 2012. She completed her OB/GYN residency at UCSF Fresno in 2016, followed by fellowship training in maternal-fetal medicine at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center. Before completing her MFM fellowship, Dr. Novack practiced as an OB/GYN in southwest Montana for four years. She finds it especially rewarding to help mothers understand and navigate complicated pregnancies with confidence and support.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Novack enjoys running, spending time with her family and exploring Montana’s outdoors.
