Accepting new patientsLynn Troy, ND, is a naturopathic physician with a passion for botanical medicine and comprehensive cancer care. After earning her undergraduate degree in forestry, she worked in seasonal forestry positions, where her interest in plants and their medicinal properties led her to pursue a career in naturopathic medicine.
She attended Bastyr University, where she received a rigorous medical education with an emphasis on botanical medicine. Dr. Troy has been licensed in Montana since 2005 and has practiced in the Flathead Valley throughout her career. She operated her own family practice for several years before spending seven years providing naturopathic care alongside oncologists in a progressive cancer care setting—the first naturopath in Western Montana to be included in this type of practice model.
After briefly expanding her practice to a broader range of naturopathic services, including treatment for anxiety and depression, Dr. Troy returned to cancer care in 2021. She is passionate about supporting patients throughout their cancer journey and providing thoughtful, comprehensive care.
Originally from Butte, Dr. Troy embraces the Montana lifestyle with her family. She enjoys hiking, skiing, camping and other outdoor activities. She and her husband, Wakefield, have two sons, Henry and Arne.
