Accepting new patientsLexi Taylor, APRN, is an advanced practice provider specializing in cardiovascular care, with professional interests in implanted cardiac devices and electrophysiology. She also brings experience as a clinical research coordinator and is passionate about building connections with patients while supporting their long-term heart health and wellness.
Originally from Elizabethtown, Kentucky, Lexi relocated to Cincinnati, Ohio, in 2020 before moving to Montana in 2025. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Louisville and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati.
Outside of work, Lexi enjoys hiking, paddleboarding and camping with her husband and their dog, Miller. During the winter, she enjoys skiing and watercolor painting as a creative way to unwind.
