Accepting new patientsLexi Taylor, APRN, is an advanced practice provider with Logan Health Heart & Vascular, joining the team in September 2025. Originally from Elizabethtown, Kentucky, Lexi relocated to Cincinnati, Ohio, in 2020 before moving to Montana in the summer of 2025. Lexi earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Louisville and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati. She has professional interests in implanted cardiac devices and electrophysiology, and she also brings experience as a clinical research coordinator. Lexi enjoys forming connections with patients and contributing to their long-term heart health and wellness.
Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, paddle boarding, and camping with her husband and their dog, Miller. During the winter, she enjoys skiing, and she also loves watercolor painting as a creative way to unwind.
