Otolaryngologist Kyle Tubbs, MD, joined the Kalispell practice of Glacier Ear, Nose and Throat in August 2013. He is a member of the active medical staff of Logan Health Medical Center and The HealthCenter. Dr. Tubbs gained an extensive research background during his medical school and residency training. He completed his dual-major chemistry and psychology bachelor’s degree at Utah State University in Logan, and his medical studies at the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle, as part of the WWAMI program (Washington, Wyoming, Alaska, Montana, Idaho). He carried out his residency at the University of Florida College of Medicine’s department of otolaryngology in Gainesville. Over the decade before coming to Kalispell, Dr. Tubbs’ research work touched on treatment for a condition that narrows the airway in children, as well as research in basic science. He was an otolaryngology instructor for the physician assistant education program at the University of Florida during his residency. Dr. Tubbs is married to Jessica (Jones) Tubbs. In his leisure time, he enjoys waterskiing, snowboarding, softball, golf and the occasional TV show.
