Garren Allred, DPT, became a physical therapist to help people who feel stuck—whether in pain, burnout, or patterns that don’t make sense—find a clear, compassionate path forward. His clinical focus is on chronic and persistent pain, trauma-informed care, and nervous system regulation. Allred works with individuals who’ve often seen multiple providers without meaningful results, and he helps them rebuild trust in their bodies through education, movement, and practical, science-based strategies.
Since joining Logan Health in April 2021, Allred has worked closely with the multidisciplinary team at the Pain & Wellness Center to support whole-person healing. He collaborates with referring providers, counselors, and interventional specialists to ensure patients receive integrated and coordinated care tailored to their goals. Allred earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Franklin Pierce University after completing an undergraduate degree in Exercise Science. He has had additional training in movement assessment, pain neuroscience, and trauma-sensitive care. Allred’s approach is centered on listening deeply, communicating clearly, and creating plans that fit each person’s real life—not just a textbook. Outside the clinic, Allred enjoys cooking, hiking, and spending time with his wife and three daughters. Patients and referring providers can connect with him directly through Logan Health to explore collaborative care.
