Accepting new patientsCindy J. Dean, MS, OTR/L, MPT, HEAS, CEAS, is a physical therapist in Occupational Medicine at Logan Health. She joined Logan Health in April 2025. She has more than 25 years of experience in rehabilitation and patient care.
Cindy has worked in various settings at Logan Health. These include the Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit, Acute Care, Home Health, and Brendan House. Before returning to Montana, she was the main physical therapist at Stafford Hospital in Virginia. Cindy is licensed in both occupational and physical therapy. She also served as a Medical Specialist Officer in the United States Army.
Cindy earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Carroll College. She earned a master’s degree in occupational therapy from Washington University School of Medicine. Also, she has a master’s degree in physical therapy from Eastern Washington University. Cindy specializes in workplace health and injury prevention. She holds certifications as a Healthcare Ergonomic Assessment Specialist and Ergonomic Assessment Specialist. Her work includes post-offer employment testing, return-to-work and fit-for-duty evaluations and functional capacity assessments. Outside of work, Cindy enjoys reading and spending time in nature.
