The Diabetes Education & Prevention team, including Paige Sadowski, MS, MHA, RDN, LN, CDCES, Brittany Schultz, BSN, RN, CDCES, Leslie Coates, MS, RDN, LN, CDCES, and Taylor Steubs, MSN, RN, BC-ADM, received the Advancing the Vision in Quality Care Award. This recognition signifies their outstanding implementation of programs and projects that elevate care and improve outcomes for individuals at risk or living with diabetes.
