• Serving children three to 16 years of age in the following counties: Flathead, Lake, Lincoln, Mineral, Missoula, Ravalli, Sanders
• Provides Family Education and Support (FES) services for children aged 3 to 16. FES service eligibility for children 3 up to age 8 is based on the child’s skills and abilities and determined with the support of a multidisciplinary team. For children ages 8 up to 16 eligibility is dependent upon eligibility determination for the Developmental Disabilities Programs, HCBS Waiver. Children & families actively receiving FES services before age 8 will be assisted through this process with the support of their Family Support Specialist, starting around age 6. A limited number of slots are available at a single point time throughout the State of Montana. If determined eligible, the child may be placed on the ECFSD managed FES service Waitlist and served based on availability.
