Conrad Golf Tournament Second Place Men’s team
Join Logan Health – Conrad (LHC) on Friday, June 13, 2025, for the annual LHC Golf Tournament Fundraiser. Proceeds will go toward the acquisition of new exercise equipment for the LHC Wellness Center, which supports physical therapy and cardiac rehab patients’ safety, and encourages the community’s overall wellbeing.
The 18-hole, 4-person scramble begins with a shotgun start at 9 a.m. at the Pondera Golf Club in Conrad, with check-in starting at 7:45 a.m. Men’s, women’s, or mixed (two men and two women) teams may enter the tournament up until the morning of the event. Registration forms are available at the front desk of the LHC main entrance or by using the QR code on printed materials and the link on the Logan Health – Conrad Facebook page.
“We are looking forward to see our community come together once again to help support the health and wellness of our patients,” said Erica Krings, LHC Director of Nursing. “We are grateful for the support of our generous sponsors who make a meaningful impact and help make this a great event.”
The team registration price of $350 is due the morning of the tournament and includes green fees, light breakfast, lunch and dinner. Contact Pondera Golf Club to secure a cart. Prizes will be awarded to teams in each division.
LHC invites businesses or organizations to become sponsors or donate raffle items. Sponsors are able to showcase their commitment to community health while gaining valuable exposure at the event.
