Prenatal Breastfeeding Class – Whitefish: January 12, 2026

This prenatal breastfeeding class, hosted in Whitefish by a Lactation RN, is intended for both expectant mothers and their partner/support person. It is perfect for either first time moms-to-be, or as a refresher course. Learn about: the importance and benefits of breastfeeding, latch and positioning, milk supply, lifestyle, alternative feeding methods and pumping, how the hospital promotes a successful breastfeeding experience, and discover available resources.

This is a casual setting, wear comfortable clothing. Light snacks are provided and fresh water to fill your water bottles. Learning materials are included.

Please note: the 4 week childbirth classes includes a condensed version of this course. The Childbirth in a Nutshell class does not discuss breastfeeding. It is recommended that patients and partners attend this class in addition to childbirth classes if the full prenatal education curriculum is desired.
