12-Month Diabetes Prevention Program
Are you overweight and have prediabetes, high blood pressure or high cholesterol? Science-based education and lifestyle training can help you lose weight and reduce your risk of diabetes and heart disease.
Join us for a 12-month program focusing on eating healthy, being active, self-monitoring, problem-solving, managing stress, changing your lifestyle, staying motivated and being positive. Participants will receive a 6-month membership to Logan Health Fitness Center.
Weekly classes start Tuesday, April 7, at 5:30 p.m. at Logan Health Fitness Center.
Call (406) 751-5454 option 5 > option 4 to see if you qualify or to register. Registration opens on March 30, 2026, and the program begins in April. We will accept late registrants for the first month.
