For those who are overweight and have prediabetes, high blood pressure or high cholesterol, the National Diabetes Prevention Program offers science-based education and lifestyle training to help you lose weight and reduce your risk of diabetes and heart disease. Join the 12-month program for weekly classes starting Tuesday, April 29, at 5:30 p.m. Classes are held at the Glacier Conference Center.
