Accepting new patientsWade Smith, PA-C joined Logan Health Orthopedics & Sports Medicine in July 2026. Originally from Fort Worth, Texas, Wade brings more than 23 years of experience caring for athletes at all levels, from youth sports to professional competition.
Before joining Logan Health, Wade practiced sports medicine and orthopedic surgery, including joint replacement care, with Orthopedic Specialty Associates and then with Texas Hip & Knee both part of the Texas Health Resources hospital system. He is passionate about building lasting relationships with patients and colleagues and finds great fulfillment in helping patients return to the activities that bring them joy. His professional interests include sports-related injuries and orthopedic care.
Outside of work, Wade enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, Patti, and their three sons. Whether fishing, hunting, skiing, hiking, backpacking, enjoying time on the water, or traveling, he embraces an active lifestyle and values opportunities to explore the outdoors. He also enjoys driving and working on his classic 1984 Toyota Land Cruiser. Wade and his family are excited to call Montana home and look forward to discovering all the outdoor adventures the state has to offer.
