Melanie Zander, NP

Melanie Zander, ANP-C, joined Logan Health in October 1999 when she began seeing patients with the medical team at Primary Care 705 6th Avenue East, Kalispell. Melanie earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Montana State University, then concentrated on adult health and illness, along with education, when completing studies for her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Portland, Oregon. She carried out her nursing career at St. Patrick Hospital in Missoula, Providence Medical Center in Portland, Oregon, and McKenzie-Willamette Hospital in Springfield, Oregon. Melanie began her advanced practice as an adult nurse practitioner at The Lakeside Clinic in Dexter, Oregon, then accepted an ANP opportunity with Peace Health Medical Group in Eugene, Oregon, where she worked in elder health and in a wellness clinic. She transitioned into internal medicine practice as a primary care provider when she joined Logan Health Primary Care. She enjoys spending her time away from the office with her husband and two children, and enjoying all the outdoor activities that the Flathead has to offer.
