Laura Iraggi Stephens, NP-C, is a nurse practitioner specializing in hematology and oncology. Her clinical responsibilities include conducting detailed physical examinations, performing bone marrow biopsies and aspirations, educating patients and families about chemotherapy regimens and prescribing medications.
Laura began her nursing career as a bedside registered nurse before earning her Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on family nurse practitioner practice from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She brings 15 years of experience as a registered nurse and certified nurse practitioner, with the majority of her clinical experience focused on inpatient malignant hematology.
Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending time with her husband, three children and their dog. She also enjoys hiking in Glacier National Park, traveling and staying active through stationary cycling and group fitness classes.
