Kadie Baney, SWLC, MSW, is a Social Worker Licensure Candidate in Cut Bank. Originally from Conrad, Montana, Kadie earned dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Sociology, with a minor in Criminology, from Carroll College before completing her Master of Social Work at the University of Montana.
Kadie provides therapy for children, adolescents and adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, self-esteem issues and relationship challenges. Her approach is person-centered, strengths-based and trauma-informed, with a focus on creating a welcoming and collaborative environment where clients feel safe, supported and empowered to achieve their goals.
Kadie is passionate about improving access to trauma-informed care in rural and resource-limited communities. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring Montana’s outdoors, coffee, helping on her family’s ranch/farm and has recently taken up golf.
