John Erickson, FNP-C, RN, BSN, MSN, is a family nurse practitioner with a specialized interest in geriatric care. He brings more than a decade of nursing experience and a strong background in caring for older adults across a variety of settings.
John earned his associate degree in registered nursing from Montana Tech of the University of Montana in Butte and his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Kaplan University in Chicago. He earned his Master of Science in Nursing and family nurse practitioner certification from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., in 2013. Throughout his nursing career, John has worked in long-term care, home health and skilled nursing settings. He supervised the day shift at Butte Convalescent Center before moving to the Flathead Valley in 2003. He has also worked with Colonial Manor in Whitefish, A Plus Health Care in Kalispell, Immanuel Lutheran Home in Kalispell and the Montana Veterans Home in Columbia Falls.
John has a long history of community involvement, including more than a decade as a youth pastor at Butte Foursquare Church and five years as a youth pastor at Whitefish Foursquare Church.
Outside of work, John enjoys reading, skiing, watching movies and spending time with his wife and their dog, Max.
