Accepting new patientsJessica Christensen, MCMSc, PA-C, ATC, is an advanced practice provider who brings a background in athletic training and neurosurgery, along with a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
Jessica grew up in Plains, Montana, and earned her degree in athletic training from the University of Montana. She worked as a certified athletic trainer for four years at Hamilton High School and Hamilton Physical Therapy. She also served for several years as vice president of the Montana Athletic Trainers’ Association and remains active on its public relations committee. Jessica attended physician assistant school at Barry University’s satellite campus in the U.S. Virgin Islands before returning to Montana for a clinical elective in neurosurgery. She earned her master’s degree in medical clinical science from Barry University and returned to Kalispell as the inaugural graduate of the advanced practice provider fellowship program. Following completion of the neurosurgery fellowship, she joined the neurosurgical team as a full-time advanced practice provider.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her dogs and fostering rescue boxers. She also loves snowboarding in the winter and hiking in the summer.
