Accepting new patientsGeorge Pope, DO, joined Logan Health in July 2026 as a family medicine doctor at Logan Health Primary Care – 1287 Burns Way. Dr. Pope earned his medical degree from Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences. He completed the Family Medicine Residency of Western Montana in Kalispell. He practices full-scope family medicine with a strong focus on osteopathic manipulative treatment. He cares for patients of all ages with a whole-person approach.
Dr. Pope is the first in his family to pursue medicine and brings a wide range of life experiences to his work. Before medical school, he held jobs from line cook to medical sales. He is a member of the Gold Humanism Honor Society and an Eagle Scout. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family on the water, camping off the grid, boating, and snowboarding in the winter. He is also learning to garden and loves trying new recipes at home.
