At Logan Health Medical Transportation, we offer hands-off medical transport services to assist with your medical appointments and needs. We provide safe, reliable, and comfortable transportation for individuals in need of getting to and from their medical appointments. Our services cover over 1,200 square miles, ensuring broad accessibility to a wide range of patients.

Our Transportation Services:

• Advanced scheduling required: We are not on-call. All transport services must be scheduled in advance to ensure timely arrangements.
• Comprehensive service area: we proudly serve an extensive area, covering over 1,200 square miles, offering transportation to individuals across a wide region.
• Hands-off medical transport: Our transport services are designed for hands-off medical assistance. We are committed to providing non-invasive and respectful transport to your medical appointments.
• Medical appointment transport only: our transportation is dedicated to medical-related purposes only, including:
  • Pharmacy visits
  • Physical therapy
  • Mental health therapy
  • Medical doctor appointments
  • Chiropractor visits
  • Dentist appointments
  • Podiatrist visits
  • Other medical services
• Not limited to Logan Health facilities: We transport patients to all health care providers, not just those within Logan Health entities.
• Exclusion of emergency room transport: Please note, we do not provide transport to the emergency department (ED).
• Exclusion of long-term care facilities: We do not provide transport to or from any long-term care facilities.
• Ambulatory, walker and wheelchair accessible: We accommodate a variety of mobility needs, including ambulatory, walker, and wheelchair transport options.
• Operating hours: We are available Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., offering consistent and dependable service during the workweek.
  • We will transport outside of the normal operating hours (7 a.m. – 6 p.m.) for special procedures. Please call for availability outside of standard transport hours.
• Free services with optional donations: All services are provided free of charge. However, donations are welcome and help us continue providing these vital transportation services to those in need.
