Logan Health is proud to announce a significant advancement in patient care with the acquisition of upgraded digital imaging equipment for its critical access hospitals in the Hi-Line region. Logan Health – Conrad, Logan Health – Cut Bank and Logan Health – Shelby recently installed new Shimadzu Digital Radiology equipment at each of their facilities last week.
“The upgraded Shimadzu Digital Radiology equipment will be extremely beneficial in providing care to the patients in our rural communities,” explains Nate Hjelm, Logan Health – Conrad Imaging Manager.
This new digital imaging equipment marks a transformative milestone in diagnostic capabilities. Patients across the Hi-Line communities will benefit from faster, more accurate, and non-invasive medical imaging procedures. The upgraded equipment will allow medical professionals to make well-informed decisions and deliver prompt, precise care. This new technology was made possible through the generous philanthropic contribution of an individual dedicated to improving healthcare.
“We are beyond excited to add this radiology equipment to the Hi-Line for our patients,” says Vicki Newmiller, president of Logan Health – Conrad and Logan Health – Shelby. “This technology allows us to offer lower radiation and enhanced digital technology to the patients in our communities. This gift is extremely generous that allowed us to retire the aged equipment and replace it with the newest platform in the care we provide locally.”
Logan Health expresses profound gratitude to the benefactor whose generous fund has made this significant enhancement possible. The impact of this contribution resonates deeply, reflecting a commitment to the health and well-being of the communities served by Logan Health.
“We are incredibly grateful for the generosity shown by this individual, which underscores their dedication to advancing healthcare access and quality in our region,” said Cherie Taylor, president of Logan Health – Cut Bank. “This new technology reinforces our mission to provide exceptional care, close to home.”
The upgraded digital imaging capabilities align with Logan Health’s ongoing mission of creating healthier futures for the communities it serves, as the organization continues to invest in technology, facilities, and expertise to meet the evolving needs of patients.
