The Logan Health – Conrad Golf Tournament Fundraiser is on Friday, June 19, 2026, at the Pondera Golf Course with a shotgun start at 9 a.m. Registration is open for the 18-hole, 4-person scramble, welcoming men’s, women’s, or mixed (two men and two women) teams. Registration forms are available at the front check-in desk at Logan Health – Conrad or by using the QR code on printed materials and the signup link on the Logan Health – Conrad Facebook page.
The event continues to make a meaningful difference for local patients and residents, many of whom have spent their lives building families, businesses and legacies in this community. Now, it’s our turn to give back.
Proceeds from the event directly support improvements to the Butterfly Garden near the long-term care facility at Logan Health – Conrad, which is enjoyed by many residents, patients and their families. Past contributions have funded important hospital upgrades, including an ultrasound patient bed, IV fluid warmer, bladder scanner, AED unit and a heated food cart.
The team registration price of $350 is due the morning of the tournament and includes green fees, light breakfast, lunch and dinner.
“We are incredibly grateful for the way our community comes together to support our local patients and care center residents through this event,” said Sydney Norby, Executive Director of Clinical Services at Logan Health – Conrad. “The generosity from this year’s event helps us create a safe, comfortable and compassionate environment where individuals can spend their senior years with peace of mind.”
The annual tournament highlights the power of community support in building a healthier future and enhancing care for generations to come.
“Events like this have made a lasting impact on our patients and services,” Norby added. “We truly appreciate the continued support in helping us create a healthy and safe community.”
