Logan Health is pleased to welcome Social Worker Licensure Candidate Kadie Baney, SWLC, MSW, to its primary care team. Baney specializes in behavioral health and is now accepting new patients at Logan Health Rural Health Clinics in Conrad and Cut Bank.
A Conrad native, Baney earned dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in psychology and sociology, with a minor in criminology, from Carroll College before completing her Master of Social Work at the University of Montana.
Baney provides therapy for children, adolescents and adults facing concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, self-esteem issues and relationship challenges. Her person-centered, strengths-based and trauma-informed approach focuses on creating a welcoming, collaborative environment where clients feel safe, supported and empowered to achieve their goals.
“The best part of my work is getting to know my clients and helping them recognize their strengths,” Baney said. “I look forward to celebrating their successes, supporting them through difficult moments and being someone they can trust throughout their therapeutic journey.”
Baney is passionate about improving access to trauma-informed care in rural and underserved communities. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring Montana’s outdoors, drinking coffee, helping on her family’s ranch and farm, and recently taking up golf.
