Melanie Wood-Smith, OT

Melanie Wood-Smith, OTR/L, CLT, joined Logan Health in 2017. She specializes in working with adults with neurological injuries, patients with lymphedema and dementia patients. Melanie is a certified lymphedema therapist and a certified dementia practitioner. Born and raised in the Chicago area, Melanie selected Montana for her first clinical site during occupational therapy school. She and her husband fell in love with Montana and moved to the Flathead Valley in 2017 after she graduated. When she’s not working, Melanie enjoys being outside with her husband, son and daughter, as well as crafting, art making, designing, building, stilt walking, exploring and learning.
