Kaleb Hamilton, MD, is a family medicine physician who provides comprehensive care to patients and families. Originally from Montana, Dr. Hamilton is excited to return to his roots and serve the community.

Dr. Hamilton earned his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center and completed his family medicine residency at Memorial Family Medicine Center in South Bend, Indiana. Born in Butte, Dr. Hamilton spent summers growing up in the Butte and Missoula areas and has a strong appreciation for Montana. He is passionate about helping patients maintain their health and well-being throughout all stages of life.

Outside of work, Dr. Hamilton enjoys hiking and exploring the outdoors, exercising, swimming and fishing.
