David Mangold, PA-C

David Mangold, PA-C, joined the Logan Health medical staff in December 2024. He earned his bachelor’s degree in chemistry at Pennsylvania State University and his Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania. Over the last 22 years, he has gained expert knowledge in the specialty of allergy, asthma and immunology, as well as emergency medicine, while working in both Missoula and Kalispell. David has served as a Montana paramedic for 20 years and is an instructor for CPR, ACLS, PALS and PHTLS. He enjoys the challenge of figuring out difficult cases and providing comfort, information and treatment to patients and their families. David practices at Logan Health – Shelby in emergency medicine. He was born and raised in Oak Ridge, New Jersey and currently resides in Whitefish, Montana since 2010. David enjoys chasing his four kids around to their sports and activities, backpacking, hiking, hunting and reading.
