Logan Health – Cut Bank (LHCB) is happy to announce the creation of a Patient and Family Advisory Committee (PFAC). Members are welcome to join to be part of this collaborative committee to provide insight and build a stronger and healthier community. The PFAC committee will help improve partnership and communication from the district.
The Patient and Family Advisory Council will be comprised of current and former patient and family members, and administrative staff that typically meet quarterly, to work together to enhance the patient safety, quality, and overall patient experience at LHCB. PFAC member time commitment is around one hour quarterly and meetings will be held in person, with an option to attend virtually. Some priorities of the Logan Health – Cut Bank PFAC committee will include, but not limited to, providing insight to administration, faculty and staff about patient and family health care needs, assisting in the identification of opportunities to enhance patient and family experiences, safety and quality and participate in the planning and development of patient care areas and programs.
