First Year Friends – Kalispell

First Year Friends is a weekly baby group hosted by the Logan Health – Medical Center Mom/Baby Clinic that offers information, support and encouragement to all families with new babies! It provides a space for new parents to meet and for babies to have a play date. There is feeding assistance, weight checks and nutritional guidance available from the lactation nurses who facilitate.
* 12-1 is an optional mom-baby fitness class that focuses on pelvic floor strengthening.
This group is intended for newborns through their first year of life. No registration is required. Drop in anytime!
