Diabetes Self-Management Education: Session 2

Participants of this four-week course will learn the life skills necessary to control diabetes with expert guidance from Logan Health’s team of certified diabetes care and education specialists. This comprehensive four-week program tackles a variety of topics, including healthy nutrition, using continuous glucose monitors (CGMs), medication options, and more.
