How did we do?

Following your visit, you will receive an email from Press Ganey requesting that you provide your impressions regarding your experience at North Valley Hospital. You may include your name on the survey or submit them anonymously. Press Ganey is a national leader in continuous quality improvement that measures customer expectations in health care.

The survey essentially acts as the hospital’s report card with respect to how well it’s doing while identifying opportunities for improvement. The hospital evaluation measures patient expectations, processes and outcomes for the department where patients were admitted. Patient feedback is vital in helping North Valley Hospital achieve and maintain outstanding customer service. Patient Billing and Insurance Questions

North Valley Hospital accepts a wide variety of health insurance plans including Medicare, Medicaid, Champus/Tricare and private insurance providers. Please note that you may receive multiple statements and bills for your services. Some services are billed separately from hospital charges including those from the radiologist, pathologist, surgeon and other specialists.
