Established in 1999, the North Valley Hospital Foundation has been supporting the vision and mission of North Valley Hospital (NVH) by converting our donors’ generosity into the finest in medical excellence for Whitefish, Columbia Falls and the north Flathead Valley.
The current NVH facility was built in 2007 with support of $6.7 million from donors to the Foundation, and The Birth Center was expanded in 2015 with generous donations of $1.3 million.
SUPPORT US IN THE GREAT FISH COMMUNITY CHALLENGE
We are raising $75,000 to renovate the four older rooms in the Birth Center including new tile, paint and fixtures in the bathrooms and modifications to the wooden closets and storage areas in each room. The total project to renovate comes at a cost of over $150,000 and the foundation has committed to raising funds for half of the cost. Nearly half of all the babies born in the Flathead are cared for at the Birth Center, recognized nationally for excellence in caring for moms, newborns and their families. Help us today by giving to the Great Fish Community Challenge. Funds raised over $75,000 will be deposited in the endowment of the North Valley Hospital Foundation which is held at the Whitefish Community Foundation.
