Online services available for patient billing

In December, Kalispell Regional Healthcare mailed more than 30,000 statements to patients. Due to a conversion of several of our billing systems, we are experiencing many challenges. Some of the challenges patients are experiencing include receiving statements before insurance has been billed, receiving duplicate statements and receiving statements for older service dates. Due to these issues, patient call volumes are high and patients are experiencing long wait times to speak to a representative.

We are aware of these issues and you can expect improvements quickly. We apologize for any inconvenience that you experience and thank you for your patience.

To avoid phone wait times, we encourage patients to make use of online services for billing and statement questions.
