Logan Health Hospice is again pleased to offer Grief Support Groups for 2024. These gatherings provide a safe and supportive place to share grief after the loss of a loved one.  Groups are free of charge and are open to all adults.

Healing Yoga

Fridays, January 12- February 16 from 12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.
Studio B at the Logan Health Fitness Center, 205 Sunnyview Lane

This 6 -week yoga program is intended to explore and support the body and mind after the death of a loved one, integrating the practice of yoga with education about grief and bereavement. The participants will be guided through a variety of yoga poses and mindfulness techniques to help them live with loss. Each week includes written information for education and reflection, a yoga practice and discussion. This yoga practice is gentle and appropriate for all levels.
