Timothy A. Joyce, MD, joined Logan Health Orthopedics & Sports Medicine in September 2017 as an orthopedic surgeon. Dr. Joyce attended John Carroll University in his hometown of Cleveland, Ohio, followed by a Master of Science degree in biomedical sciences at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Building on his education, Dr. Joyce attended medical school at the University of Louisville in Kentucky, where he developed a strong interest in orthopedic surgery. Subsequently, he participated in the orthopedic residency program at the Cleveland Clinic and then a fellowship program at the New England Baptist Hospital in Boston, specializing in adult joint reconstructive surgery. Dr. Joyce brings a diverse medical background to his patients, including treatment of hip, knee and shoulder arthritis, general fracture care, and hip and knee arthroplasty. When Dr. Joyce is not treating patients, he enjoys spending time with his wife and pursuing his sports interests in ice hockey, downhill skiing and mountain biking.
