Dr. Kerry Eby, a specialist in hospice and palliative medicine, joined the Geriatrics and Supportive Care team at Logan Health in April 2016. She adds wide-ranging experience in patient care, faculty appointments and global community service. Dr. Eby earned her medical degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine and completed her postgraduate training in internal medicine at the university’s affiliated hospitals in Seattle as well as Boise, Idaho. For eight years, she served on the faculty of the University of Washington’s Division of General Internal Medicine while practicing as an emergency physician and serving as the associate director of palliative care services at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle. Dr. Eby previously was interim hospice medical director at Hospice of Kitsap County and provided palliative and hospital-based care for patients at Overlake Hospital Medical Center in Bellevue, Washington, before making the move to Kalispell. The fifth generation Montana native holds special interests in international medicine and sports medicine. In her free time, Dr. Eby enjoys competing in Ironman triathlons, trail running, cross-country skiing, gardening and traveling with her husband, Cory. She often can be found reading next to the fire with one of her three kitties on her lap.
